Worlds clock listen at just 1 hour for the partnership program between yahoo-Microsoft. In twitter within 7 mins millions of people reached this news. A business deal to crash google with power of balmer and carol bartz. How far they should work to achieve the deal. Already Google reached to a massive audience. this would be a waste of time to defeat.
Yahoo has certain level of audience and mobs, but they should do lots of home works to maintain their market as google. They should work atleast 3 to 4 years to reach google search market 2004. But in the agreement according to tech insiter David Coursey said, Yahoo has a limited number of partner on writing search algorithm.. First of all Yahoo has copied the search concepts from AOL, but every search scripts will be write only from Microsoft side.

Yahoo is a good online portal to maintain the news and events, it reaches a people a lot rather than igoogle. People thinks search is google- google is search, they also became a giant in adsense publishing marketing. No one can reach this, because this is their concept, they can be a king. To discuss about the adsenses need to be more clear on, every one can search every one can give advertisements.. So there is no medium for trust persons and trust mobs. But when taking on microsoft there are more trusted users and customers, google has its vulnerable to accept every one. So lots of potential abuses in google. Actually first google tried to yahoo for the partnership program on search, advertisement and publishing, some deals which makes more unifying. Yahoo didn't accept the deal, because of some points not suits them. But what makes you here yahoo.. only microsoft will dominate you by showing their trust customers and trusted mobs. You are very similar search ranking algorithm to google. So you power wont speak there. The search/online marketing/advertisement/publishing/adsence concept should not be a properatory procedure, will it happen?

On taking social networking yahoo/microsoft is fit for doing... but see what happen google has a product orkut.. which is not famous in US but in other countries like brazil, India... they are having lots of users every day making the page rank to 10. So compare the things. Marketing through social networking will be bright. Similarly the mail, fastest and usable mail. Hotmail ranked to worst website functionality in PCWORLD survey release. Yahoo can keep their market as it is.. marketing/publishing to both may reach... But every product from google is hit. yahoo has some products. microsoft has some products ... if one is famous in yahoo, not famous in microsoft eg... yahoomail is good- hot mail is bad... yahoo portal is good - msn is average. microsoft has internet explorer - yahoo has nothing. Windows live has lots of customers - yahoo 360 is very less. MSN chat is proffessional and limitied users - yahoo messanger has large in number. BING is but is not google - Yahoo limited mobs for search, like wise some thing is missing with each other... in goodwill wise both are branded in common, this makes them to jumb in the market against google. So if some thing is famous in common for them.. try to concentrate you may win in the battle.

According to Adam Kovacevich, google wont be settle like this, they would started their research on another level. Before signing in the govt law paper microsoft-yahoo.. they will show the next level of their business. So they have to be careful, but it may not continue so long... if they aren't think about the google's steps. If they release their strength, that time google will reach in next level.
